Brent and Leah are proud to continue the tradition of personalized service and quality craftsmanship that Clayton Blinds & Designs has been known for since 2009.

Brent believes the best customer relationships are built on honesty, reliability, and following through. Leah brings years of leadership and operations experience, along with a longtime interest in creating homes that are both beautiful and functional. She believes the right window treatments bring comfort, personality, and everyday enjoyment to the places people call home.

Together, they are building on the company’s strong reputation by offering quality products, personalized service, and support for the local community—all while helping families create homes they’ll love for years to come.



Outside of work, Brent and Leah enjoy spending time with their son, Ethan, hiking, kayaking, exploring North Carolina, and finding new adventures together.

Bobbie

Window Treatment Design Consultant

Bobbie Brees lives in Flowers Plantation with her husband, Chris, and their two handsome sons. She is very social and loves spending time with her family and friends. She is also a design consultant for several custom home builders in the area, making her the perfect person to help add the finishing touches to your home with window treatments.

Bobbie is great at listening to your needs and ideas. She will combine your personal taste with your home’s décor to help you find the perfect window treatments - and we promise you’ll have fun doing it!

Brinli

Office & Showroom Administrator

With years of experience in home staging and décor, Brinli brings a great eye for design, a love for creating welcoming spaces, and a dedication to helping both customers and her team.

As the Showroom & Office Administrator, she is organized, dependable, and always on top of the details. She genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in making the process easy and enjoyable.



Outside of work, Brinli enjoys staying active through rock climbing and hiking and expressing her creativity through the arts.

Joe

Installer

Joe has more than 12 years of experience installing all types of window treatments in homes, businesses, and new construction. He enjoys residential installations the most because he gets to meet and talk with customers every day.

Joe loves being part of the Clayton Blinds & Designs team. They may be a small team, but they work closely together, help each other out, and share the same goal: giving every customer a great experience from start to finish. Take a look at the reviews, and you’ll see!

When he’s not working, Joe enjoys working on his car and spending time with his amazing daughter.
